Shipping

Where do we ship Alsabai Kaftan?

We ship to all countries worldwide to ensure our products reach you wherever you are, and we cooperate with the trusted shipping companies Aramex and DHL.

Do you offer express delivery service?

We ship all our orders with express delivery.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the date of receipt. However, delivery times may be slightly longer during peak periods, such as new collection launches or sales. After your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information to follow the delivery status.

Can I change my address after placing the order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, we can update your shipping address. Please contact us at alsabaibrand@gmail.com.

What if my package was refused or returned to sender?

It is very important to track your package using the tracking number. If you fail to check the tracking status, are not at home, do not respond to messages or calls from the shipping company, or do not pick up the package from the delivery point, the package will be returned to us and you will need to pay for another shipment. We are not responsible for lost or wrongly delivered packages if the address was incorrect at the time of purchase.

My order was supposed to be delivered, but I haven't received anything: what should I do?

If you haven't received your order, please check with your neighbors as packages are sometimes left with them. Look for delivery notes in your mailbox. Although some delivery agents don't leave notes, you can also check the tracking number sent to your email to see the status and location of your package. If the package is not with your neighbors and the tracking shows it was marked as delivered, the delivery agent may have marked it as “delivered” but has not yet completed the delivery. You can return an item for exchange, but you cannot return an item for a refund.

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us at alsabaibrand@gmail.com to get the return address and instructions. You may choose your preferred shipping company to return the product. Once the product arrives, we will inspect it and process the exchange request.

Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. It is very important to contact our team via email before returning your order. Our team will provide you with all instructions and the return address. If all steps are not followed, the package will be returned to you.

I want to exchange a product: How can I ship it?

We apologize for any inconvenience, but currently, we cannot create return labels. The customer is responsible for returning the order. Create your return labels via DHL or Aramex.
